Yoga Therapy is a unique one on one session that can be used in collaboration with physio therapy, massage and other healing modalities to create overall wellness. Yoga Therapy uses yogic techniques to balance the mind, body, soul, or layers of self (The Koshas).
Together we drop in to a personalized yoga session bringing in physical alignment ques, breath work, relaxation, meditation and other modalities specified to the clients needs based off their initial assessment.
Integrated Systems Model is an evidence-based framework that was developed by world renowned physiotherapists and lecturers Lee & Lee in 2007. This approach considers the whole person. Therapists trained in this approach do not only assess the body region affected. Instead, they use a very systematic method of assessing the entire body in order to get to the source of the problem right from the start. ISM focuses on determining the root cause of the issue (the driver), and developing a yoga program based on the assessment.

Jordan is as fun loving human who believes that each unique life lived can benefit from slowing down and appreciating the small things. Jordan found yoga at a time in her life when she was not sure how to cope with numerous physical, and emotional traumatic events. She learned quickly that a yogic practice can ease discomfort in the body, mind, and heart, and knew she wanted to share this with the world.
Jordan uses essential oils through practices when clients have agreed to the use of them. DoTerra essential oils have been in Jordan personal practice since 2015 and aids in the work done to balance chakras for an overall wellness
