Yoga Therapy is a unique one on one session that can be used in collaboration with physio therapy, massage and other healing modalities to create overall wellness.
Yoga Therapy uses yogic techniques to balance the mind, body, soul, or layers of self (The Koshas). Together we drop in to a personalized yoga session bringing in physical alignment ques, breath work, relaxation, meditation and other modalities specified to the client's needs based off their initial assessment.
Integrated Systems Model is an evidence-based framework that was developed by world renowned physiotherapists and lecturers Lee & Lee in 2007. This approach considers the whole person. Therapists trained in this approach do not only assess the body region affected. Instead, they use a very systematic method of assessing the entire body in order to get to the source of the problem right from the start. ISM focuses on determining the root cause of the issue (the driver), and developing a yoga program based on the assessment.

2) Look for a section called:

→ Wellness Spending Account (WSA)
→ Lifestyle Account
3) Check the eligible services list or search for “Yoga Therapy” or “therapeutic movement”
4) If you’re unsure, call your provider and ask:
“Can I use my HSA or WSA for certified yoga therapy sessions from a registered yoga therapist?”
Pro Tip: If your plan doesn’t list yoga therapy yet, you can often still submit a receipt if:
✔ The session supports your physical or mental health
✔ It’s provided by a certified yoga therapist
✔ You pay out-of-pocket and submit an itemized receipt

Jordan uses essential oils through practices when clients have agreed to the use of them. DoTerra essential oils have been in Jordan personal practice since 2015 and aids in the work done to balance chakras for an overall wellness
